The position supports strategic decision-making through budgeting, reporting, policy development, and operational planning while fostering accountability and service excellence for member First Nations.

- Lead administration, finance, and HR functions, supervising four direct reports.
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, audits, funding reports, and compliance requirements.
- Oversee office operations, procurement, facilities, contracts, and records management.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee relations.
- Develop policies, procedures, and operational plans to support organizational goals.
- Prepare reports for leadership, funders, and member First Nations while maintaining strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
