MACC Project Summary

The Maternal Addictions Continuum of Care project was a three-year project that began in 2012 as a partnership between Shibogama Health Authority and the Sioux Lookout Meno Ya Win Health Centre. The project was funded by Health Canada’s Health Services Integration Fund (HSIF). Its objective was to promote collaboration and integration of services that support pregnant women, mothers and families with addictions problems from the Shibogama First Nations.
